Before your Appointment Starts

Make sure to read all the instructions before your appointment time.

IF YOU PLACED YOUR BOOKING BEFORE JULY, YOU WILL BE RECEIVED AT THE ADDRESS INFORMED IN THE BOOKING EMAIL, NOT AT STUDIO SASHIKO.

1. Have 1 piece of ID with you, ID will be required to confirm your identity on the waiver form.


2. You had to place a deposit for your appointment, the remaining amount should be paid at the end of your tattoo appointment at the studio, if you wish to pay in cash make sure to withdraw the remaining amount and any desirable tip amount before coming to your appointment. Payment methods could be cash or debit/credit card. The card machine doesn't process tips. the same needs to be done in cash.

3. Read this waiver form 2h before the appointment time :

 You can fill it up when you arrive at the studio.

4. You don't need to pre-shave for your tattoo appointment, you could get cuts and skin irritations due to over-shaving, let the artist do it to avoid skin irritation that might result in having to reschedule your section due to skin damage.

It is not possible to tattoo over cuts, excessively dry skin, eczema and inflamed hair follicles.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

As informed in the consultation form, if you're tanned (fake tanned too) under the course of antibiotics, or certain medications such as Accutane, Minomycin (or any other Tetracycline-related medication), blood thinners (check specifics), aspirin, you will be requested to reschedule your appointment, this short notice will affect your deposit. Those make the skin sensitive to ink, which can lead to rejection of pigment, skin lesions, reactions, discolorations, excessive bleeding avoiding pigmentation of the skin.
48h of notice is requested to transfer appointments without affecting deposits.


You will not be able to get tattoos if you have any of the medical conditions such as heart Conditions, diabetes, hemophilia, HIV, Hepatitis, Mild to severe skin rashes or allergies, epilepsy, pregnancy or nursing, 6 months or less postpartum, or post-weaning, going through cancer treatments. If you have any health/ immunological condition you should have your doctor's note releasing you for tattoo appointments. 

It is required to have an approval note from your physician.
If there is the concealment of any of this information from the artist during or after the tattoo appointment; if any complications within your tattoo application or healing process afterwards; if any health-related consequences are caused by the tattoo application and the omission of information from the artist you may be prosecuted.

Juliany Braga will not tattoo anyone under 17, even with parental consent.
