Service Description
Before We Begin Please arrive on time to maximize your booked session duration. Late arrivals may result in reduced design time or extra charges. Have your tattoo consultation form completed and ready to discuss your ideas clearly. Bring any reference images or inspiration to help guide the design process. During the Design Session The session duration is between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours, depending on your booking. Your payment covers the artist’s time, creative process, and transportation expenses. If the design is not finalized within the booked time due to client indecision or multiple changes, the session will conclude at the scheduled time. If you wish to extend the session beyond the booked time, additional charges of $50 per 30 minutes will apply (max 1 hour extension). At the end of the session, you will be presented with the final sketch, composition, or collage created. The artist may continue refining the design independently up to your tattoo appointment date. mportant Rules No photos, videos, or recordings of the design session are allowed to protect artistic integrity and confidentiality. The final design remains the artist’s intellectual property until the tattoo appointment. The artist reserves the right to refuse further design sessions or continuation if a mutual agreement on the design cannot be reached. Please maintain respectful communication and be open to the artist’s professional guidance to ensure the best outcome. If you feel unsure or want more time to make decisions, consider booking an additional design session. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your design session. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment within 6 months. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation Policy
No Refunds Policy – Events & Flash Tattoos Please note that no refunds can be provided for Tattoo events, flash tattoos, or no-shows. For events, refunds are not available as each session is carefully planned based on the number of participants, the occasion, and the set time in my agenda. For tattoo appointments, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to reschedule. Short-notice cancellations or missed appointments will result in a forfeited deposit, as deposits are non-refundable. If a client fails to show up, arrives more than 15 minutes late or is under the influence of substances (drugs and alcohol), the deposit will be forfeited, and the appointment will be canceled. 📌 Please review the full cancellation policy at the bottom of the page for more details or on the main menu> TATTOO>FAQ. 📌 A health and waiver form must be completed before your appointment begins.
