My Booking Process
Whether you’re looking for a custom tattoo or selecting from my pre-made designs, here’s how my booking system works so we can create something meaningful together—with clarity and care.
Step 1: Everything starts from getting to know each other

The first step is sharing your idea and a bit about you with me through one of my forms.
You can choose between:
✦ Tattoo Consultation & Request Form
For those who already have a clearer idea and would like to collaborate more directly on the design or to request one of my flashes or Pre-made Designs.
✦ Bloom Project Form
For those open to a more intuitive process inspired by life — where you share a feeling, direction, and trust me to interpret it into a nature-inspired piece.
Both forms help me understand you, your vision, and how I can guide you through this experience.

Step 2: Let's Chat
After you submit your form:
Once I receive your request, I take time to read through it carefully and understand your idea.
I manage multiple parts of my work — from designing and tattooing to client care — so replies are sent thoughtfully, not rushed. Because of this, I prioritize based on timing and clarity.
For example, if you’re looking to book within the next couple of months, you may hear from me laterr than someone requesting a more immediate appointment.
If you requested a video/phone consultation I will contact you first so we can book our chat, prior to sending in prices and values.
For Bloom Project submissions, I review requests based on how clearly I can understand and connect with the direction you’ve shared. The more intention and detail you provide, the easier it is for me to translate your idea.
Please note that I may not be able to take on every project, especially if it doesn’t align with this process or my current portfolio/focus.

Step 3: Price Quote
& Client Approval
Once I’ve reviewed your request and feel aligned with your project, you will receive a detailed response from me.
This includes your price quote and an invitation to move forward with booking your appointment.
I work with fixed pricing, based on placement, design complexity, time, and materials — so everything is clear and transparent from the beginning. If you would like to understand more, please visit my FAQ where I clarify questions and policies.
I also work in booking seasons, which means I plan my schedule in advance to give each client the time and attention they deserve. Because of this, appointments are offered within specific timeframes rather than last-minute requests. I may have time for last minute appointments, but they're subject to schedule availability.

If everything feels right for you, you’ll receive a booking link where you will be invited to select a date and secure your session.

Step 4: Booking & Deposit
Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive my full studio address along with a private booking link, code, and passcode.
Through this link, you’ll be able to:
— View my available schedule
— Select the date and time that works best for you
— Secure your appointment with a deposit
Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover the time, preparation, and logistics involved in reserving your session.
At the end of your appointment, your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo.
For deposits, I accept debit and credit card payments.
On the day of your appointment, you can complete your payment via e-transfer, cash, or card.
My payment systems are securely operated through Wix and Square.
