My Booking Process

Whether you’re looking for a custom tattoo or selecting from my pre-made designs, here’s how my booking system works so we can create something meaningful together—with clarity and care.

Pre-Made Designs

  1. Browse & Purchase
You can purchase any available designs from my Design Gallery (located at Book > Pre-made Designs). These pieces are ready to be tattooed once, and once sold, they’re gone for good!

  2. We’ll Connect
After your purchase, I’ll contact you to go over the artwork, placement, and size. You’ll have the option to schedule a free video consult or move directly to booking your tattoo session like mentioned above.

Custom Tattoos

  1. Start with the Consultation Form
If you’re looking for a custom piece, please start by completing the consultation form. This helps me understand your vision and provide an accurate quote based on your ideas. I added multiple options for you to communicate your idea and provide as many details as you wish.

  2. Design Options
After I review your form, you’ll receive a quote and the opportunity to choose one of the following:

    • Free Video Consult: A casual 15-minute online chat to discuss your idea.

    • Paid Design Session (In-Studio): Join me at the studio for a more in-depth collaboration on your tattoo design.

    • Trust the Artist: You can also skip the consult and trust me to develop something beautiful within the concept we discussed.

  3. Booking Your Session
Once the quote is approved, I’ll send you a link to book your tattoo session.

    • Sessions are booked by design, not by hour. That means I calculate the time needed based on the style, size, and complexity of your tattoo.

    • Because of this, unplanned design changes cannot be accommodated on the day of your session* (you will be provided the opportunity to request those).

    • After selecting your date, you’ll have 48 hours to pay your deposit. If not confirmed within this window, your booking will be automatically cancelled and you’ll need to begin the process again. Bookings left without a deposit will be cancelled.

Session Duration & Structure

My appointments are structured in session blocks based on the needs of each design. I take into consideration the:

  • Size

  • Style

  • Placement

  • Complexity of the piece

This means your session is tailored to your tattoo — not charged by the hour. Because of this personalized approach, last-minute design changes cannot be accommodated on the day of your session.

However, you’ll have the option to add-on extra time in advance if you’d like additional design discussion or possible modifications.
Mind that for sessions 2 hours or longer, I already allocate 30 minutes for design fine-tuning and placement adjustments—so minor tweaks are welcome within that buffer.

Please, be sure you're comfortable with the idea of getting a permanent artwork on your skin and offer details on your consultation form so any wants are clear before we finalize your booking. This way, we can make the most of our time together.

Seasonal Booking Window

Seasonal Tattoo Booking System – How It Works

To give each client my full creative energy, enough time to plan and keep my schedule organized, I will open bookings four times a year, aligning with the change of the seasons:

  • Spring Opening – March 1–7 (for March–May appointments)

  • Summer Opening – June 1–7 (for June–August appointments)

  • Fall Opening – September 1–7 (for September–November appointments)

  • Winter Opening – December 1–7 (for December–February appointments)

Each booking window is open for 7 days or until all spots are filled, whichever comes first. Expect replies within the opening window - booking week.

How to Book
  1. Wait for the Opening Date – Announced via my Instagram, website, and newsletter (Subscribe to my mailing list to stay informed).

  2. Submit Your Tattoo Request Form (above) – The form will include your idea, size, placement, and any references.

  3. Approval & Deposit – Once the quote is approved, you’ll receive a payment link for your deposit to secure your spot.

  4. Scheduling – After your deposit is paid, you’ll receive your confirmed appointment date automatically.

Important Details
  • First Come, First Served – Spots go quickly. Submitting early during the opening week increases your chances.

  • Work Priority – I prioritize concepts, nature-inspired pieces, pre-made designs and my ideas that match my artistic style.

  • Consultations – If your piece requires a design consultation, this will be scheduled before your tattoo date.

  • Design Process – Designs are created during the weeks before the appointment date.

  • Reschedules – If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to the next season’s booking. See FAQ & Booking process for more details.

  • Waitlist – If you miss a booking window, you will be added to the waitlist to be notified if a spot opens up before the next season.

Benefits of the Seasonal Booking System
  • I can dedicate more time to your design without overbooking.

  • You know exactly when to book — no need to message me year-round.

  • It allows me to balance tattooing with teaching, workshops, and personal art projects.

  • Clients get the freshest work inspired by the changing seasons.

Manage Your Booking

You can view or manage your appointment anytime by creating an account and logging in through the menu bar.

Before You Book

Make sure to read my work policies before confirming your session. They cover deposits, rescheduling, preparation, and everything else you need to feel ready and informed.

If you don’t love your design, you should never feel pressured to tattoo something you’re not fully happy with. Your body is your canvas, and your comfort always comes first.

Even if you arrive at your appointment and realize you're not quite ready to move forward, you won’t lose your trip or your deposit. We’ll simply transform your session into a design fine-tuning appointment, where we can keep refining the artwork together.

Please remember: My time and my skill are my work. I ask for your collaboration and understanding in respecting the creative process.

When you choose me as your artist, I will never decline a request or appointment without careful, professional consideration. That said, I do have my areas of specialization, aesthetic sensibilities, and comfort zones regarding placement, composition, and specific elements.

To ensure we’re a good match, I encourage you to explore my extensive portfolio on Instagram and review my FAQ page, where you can learn more about my style, ethics, and creative approach. Transparency and artistic alignment are essential to creating a meaningful tattoo experience.

If I come to realize that our visions are not fully compatible, I may kindly recommend cancelling the session and, whenever possible, refer you to another artist whose style may better suit your needs. This ensures you receive the best possible result, while I remain true to my craft. In this instance, any deposits will be refunded minus design consultation fees.

Here’s how it works:

  • Apart design sessions are billed at $50 per 30 minutes of extra drawing or discussion time.

  • If major changes are requested, your tattoo day may need to be rescheduled to accommodate the new direction.

  • If your requests are outside my style or availability, I reserve the right to decline the project. In that case, your deposit will be refunded minus the design fee.

  • If we continue, your deposit will simply be transferred to your new tattoo date.

  • When you book a tattoo with me, you accept and agree to collaborate with my booking process.

This way, we make space to collaborate without pressure, and ensure your tattoo feels aligned with your vision — and with my artistic integrity.

Let’s create something beautiful — together.

🚨 Personal Emergencies

Life is unpredictable — and sometimes, things happen that are out of our control. We have the right to suddenly cancel or interrupt an appointment session if:

  • I am/you not feeling well, or a close family member requires immediate medical attention and support.

  • The recent passing of a family member.

  • Unexpected long-distance travel delays or cancellations (for travelling over 2 hours, between provinces or other countries).

  • You, as the client, also have the same right: if you're feeling unwell, in too much pain, sick, or unsafe to continue, please speak up — your well-being comes first.

Here’s how I handle emergencies:

  • If the tattoo has not started, your deposit will be fully transferred to a new date.

  • If the tattoo is in mid-process, your deposit will cover the time already spent, and you won’t be asked for a new deposit when rescheduling.

  • If you're in a paid design session and the tattoo hasn't started, you will only be charged for the time already spent, and your tattoo session will be rescheduled accordingly.

  • If the design session is not finalized, we’ll book a separate design session later in the week or as soon as possible to continue the process.

Thank you for being kind and understanding. I deeply value the mutual trust it takes to create something meaningful together.

Holding Space for Integrity

As an artist, I believe that creating beauty requires presence, safety, and intention. If I’m experiencing an emergency or in a state where I can’t give you my best, I will never compromise your experience or the quality of the work.

In moments where I am unwell or emotionally affected by unforeseen circumstances, I may need to pause, reschedule, or redirect our session. This ensures that every piece I create for you is done with the attention, care, and artistry it deserves.

Thank you for understanding that art is not just a service — it’s a collaboration that thrives when both artist and client are grounded and well.

I’m committed to working with you with care and flexibility. Emergencies don’t cancel our work — they just pause it until it’s safe and possible to continue.
